Note: Preference will be given to manufacturing unit / reputed

agent / and reputed brands available in the market.

Tender forms containing detailed terms and conditions and specifications for each of the items mentioned above can be obtained from this office between 10.30AM to 4.00PM on any working days from 20.07.2009 to 10.08.2009. The cost of each tender form is Rs. 200.00 + 25.00 (tax) = Rs. 225.00 (rupees two hundred and twenty five) which is non-refundable. Tender documents requested by mail will be dispatched by registered / speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 100.00 + 13.00 (tax) = Rs. 113.00. Tender should be submitted in TWO COVER SYSTEM in sealed envelopes duly subscribing on the top as “Tender for the supply of equipments for FSL”.

Envelop should contain duly filled tender application along with D.D. drawn in favour of the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Bangalore / Bank Guarantee towards EMD (the EMD should be equivalent to 2% of value of the total, rate quoted by the tenderers) Financial, Technical and Service capability, Sale Tax, Income tax details, turnover details, Brochures, Catalogues with technical specifications.

The envelope should be addressed to Dr. B.M.Mohan, Director, Forensic Science Laboratories, Bangalore and submit before 4.00PM on 18.08.2009. Tender applications received after due date will not be considered. The received envelops containing tenders will be opened in the office of the Addl. Director General of Police, (Crime & Technical Services), Nrupathunga Road, Police Hqrs., Bangalore-01 at 11.00Am on 19.08.2009. Interested persons can participate in the proceedings of opening of tenders.
