448	20-10-08   1440 hrs  D.no.448  Blolre city	RAJU  ASI	One puttamma aged 85 yrs was murdered by Basavaraj the grand son of deceased on 10-09-08.  Talaghatta pura police arrested accused. Myself and Vasu, Umesh chandra,Varalaxmi and Kantharaju we are all witnesses in this case. But in the pressure of Panchalingaiah JDS leader police booked cases against us.         Pancha lingaiah JDS leader  harassing  and giving trouble to us very frequently, and req.for police help.	A	Contacted CPI Harohalli and briefed the matter. CPI says we are not booked case against them on the charge e of murder, but as per complaint of Panchalingaiah, we have taken a case against them, we are not harassing them, we did as per formalities.	Called the caller and informed the same. He expressed the pain which is received from Panchalingaiah JDS leader.

Recd.a call from 080-22912768, but when called back not gtg. This No. is from Gandhinagar area. Pse help.	K	Contacted Inspr.M.R. Mudvi and briefed, he has told to lodge a missing complaint and then we will help. Informed Madivala PS and Electronic city PS for n/a.	Reply: Infd. 451	20-10-08  2040 hrs. D.No.451. Blore city.	MRS     ASI	Today evening 5 Hijadas were taken to Girinagar PS then to Banashankari PS. Sangama Sangha leaders Manohar, Chandini, Geeta, Yashoda, Sowmya were asked the reason for arrest. For that they  beaten, To protest this about 150 members were gathered near the PS, and media persons were called.Since this people were campaign for HIV to the public. Before going to Human Rights infmd. to this No. Pse give the complaint No.	F	Contacted DCP South, and briefed.   Reply:Infd.that today at 1400 hrs 5 hijada were standing near road side and causing distrubances to public, shops and vehicle holder by obstructing traffic jam. Hence case booked under 341 IPC & arrested. About 30 + sangha members (Hijadas) were also taken into custody for obstructing to govt duty & 353 IPC booked. ACP Banashankari called 2 gents & 2 ladies for briefing but not headed and infront of media they shouted. So all the 30 + were arrested and taken to Mys.Rd.CAR and kept there, they will be produced before the Magistrate Court now  and furhter action will be taken.	Caller again called and asked action.
