	414	10-10-08 1815 hrs.  D.No.406.  Mangalore.	MRS      ASI	I have recd.a msg. That the       B J Dal people are planning to storm into our printing press at Bykampady Industrial Area in MAQ.and set fire to eqpts. And machinery. It is mention worthy that last year in Feb-'07 the same BJ Dal people had set fire to our press and case was regd. and about dozen miscreants belonging to BJ Dal and other outfits were arrested and the case is still going on. The  same BJ Dal people are again  planning to attack our press to destroy the property.   I request that an immediate instructions may kindly be issued from the Police HQR's to the  SP of DK to arrange round the clock gun security at our printing press in Bykampady Industrial area. Immediate action will be greately appreciated. I have orally appraised the matter to DGP Sri.R.Sreekumar just a while ago and on his advice     I am registering this complaint. 	415	10-10-08  1835 hrs   D.No.415.  Blore City.	MRS      ASI	Harassment by Ulsoorgate PS staff. Case.No.5002/08 against G.Jagirdar, reg.the case, the summons were serving in the late night, and they have not served 1st summon and 2nd one served to my son.They told that on 30/07/08,when I went to court they told on 31/07/08 when enquired they told that File was  misplaced and not serving the summons properly and harassing,even though I have given my adds. as No.68,5th main Chamarajpet,Blore-18.They are visiting some other adds.and enquiring and causing hardship to other persons. Pse do the needful.	F	Briefed to ACP Ulsoorgate Sub.Dn.,and told that he will checkup and call you back.	Reply from ACP  that case verified and not regd. In our PS . Case booked in the court itself only summons were served where as he has given his friends address, he has applied for RTI also .In this connection the matter has been sent to DCP with full details on        10-10- 08. FKI.

Pswamy ASI	Caller complaint against one Arjunsiddappa Dolli Village, Panchyat President involved in half murder case is not yet arrested,and his associates making harasing our colony people again and again no body asking, In this regard I have lodged a complaint at Zalki PS and contacted SP Bijapur also so far no action taken,  Pls.do the needful help.
