Pswamy ASI	Received complaint from Smt.Shubha Kulkarni Complaning against Smt.Thanuja Gomes  the Sr.Employee of the  BARCLAYS Bank India,  I am  Working as Senior relation Manager since  One Year, Now the Partiality, Discrimination, Mental Harrassment, it is happening  since April 2008. In this regard detail complaint given to Sri Suresh Gurmani Supervisor and Country Head, there was no action set up by the H R, or  instead of addressing to my issue they just terminated my employement without any strong legal reason. In this action they have tried to cover their mistakes by avoiding not answering to my quarries. On 6th Aug.2008 met with C O P Sri.S.M.Bidari  for the intervention of the issue for which assigned this case to Vanitha Sahayavani  headed by Hema Deshpande. In turn Hema Deshpande set up a meeting along with the H R team of the Bank for negotiation, But I found that the Hema Deshpande were was in favour of the Bank team rather than towards me who has filed complaint. The outcome of meeting was unsatisfactory	K	Informed to the caller met the IGP GC 1500 to 1700 hrs Public Interview timings and slove your problem,So  given the Mobile / office No.	Caller expressed her happiness.
			The out come of meeting was un-satisfactory, for which I tried to meet Sri.S.M.Bidari Cop Blore,But i did not get any support,and not any hearnings from him. I request for your kind self urgent intervention for the followings.               1.RESTORATION OF MY JOB.                               2. THEREAT TO MY REPUTATION.                 3 ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME WHICH IS UNDER  ?                       4.
